I absolutely love to read, and although I've read some pretty amazing books this year, I wanted to show you some novels (in no particular order) that really stood out to me
The Statistical Probability Of Love At First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith
This novel is definitely for the romantics in the world. The love story between Hadley and Oliver is just a little cliche but always touching, and It makes the book even better for it. Have a look at it here.
The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory
As a total history dweeb, I adored this book. It is quite thick and can be quite, let's just say 'un-entertaining' in parts if you are not into this time period, but otherwise fantastic historical fiction novel with a great plot. Have a look at it here.
Looking For Alaska by John Green
If you have not read at least one John Green book and LOVED it, there is something wrong with you. All his stories have the ability to make you relate to and feel for the characters, and this book is no different. I did read it again and find some characters a little annoying and pretentious, but not to the extent where it's a problem in the plot. Fantastic book! :) Look at it here.
Even more
Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut
The Sky Is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson
Tommy Sullivan is a Freak by Meg Cabot
Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte
The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom
Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli
So there you go, some of my favourite novels of 2013 so far, what are yours? :)
Peace out girl scouts
